Interested in mindfulness? Want to have a weekly practice of it?
I run an online mindfulness group every Monday and Thursday evening, from 6.30pm - 7.30pm UK time (click on flyer for further details).
We do a meditation to begin with, followed by discussion on an aspect of mindfulness, to help bring it to your everyday life.
Each session costs £7 per person, and there's no commitment to coming every week - just when you can make it.
