What is positive change?




What is 'positive change'?

You might think it's thinking more positive. Instead of looking at all the negative aspects of life, you look for gratitudes, good things, wholesome things.

While this is helpful, it's not true 'positive change', because it's still acting from the mind's perspective.  There's still 'good and bad', 'right and wrong', 'positive and negative'.  There's still judgment.

Beyond the mind, in awareness, there are no such opposites. Everything is one. There are no judgments, there is simply being.  

So, by treating everything as one, we co-create harmony and joy at a higher frequency! We are no longer in our ego, in our 3D person version of ourself, we're 5D, the cosmos, awareness!

This awareness is LOVE.  

Still trying to manipulate, even your thoughts, into being more 'positive', is FEAR.

So, to drop fear completely, you have to BE. You have to enter your heart space, awareness, and let things settle. You have to look at everything with the same, fresh eyes of awe and wonder.  Whatever is happening to you right now is due to your vibration and frequency - so if things appear 'bad', what is your vibration? Are you still trying to control, to manipulate, to blame and shame (including yourself)?  Or are you accepting, loving everything you see as a pathway to your great level of vibratory consciousness?

In other words, do you love life, or fear life?

This is the practice. To regroup and become awareness: which is love itself, wholesome itself, wonder itself.  And that is your true state.
